Jika ingin Pacaran, Cobalah Yang Secara Islami - Kata sebagian orang : “Sulit untuk menjelaskan sesuatu yang sudah jelas”. Istilah pacaran adalah sebuah istilah yang sudah sangat akrab ditelinga serta lengket dalam pandangan mata.

Namun saya masih agak kesulitan untuk mendefinisikannya. Mudahan-mudahan tidak salah kalau saya katakan bahwa setiap kali istilah ini disebut maka yang terlintas dibenak kita adalah sepasang anak manusia -terutama kawula muda dan para remaja- yang tengah dilanda cinta dan dimabuk asmara, saling mengungkapkan rasa sayang, cinta dan rindu, yang kemudian akhirnya biduk ini akan menuju pada pantai pernikahan. CINTA TABIAT ANAK MANUSIA: JANGAN DIBUNUH, JANGAN PULA DIUMBAR!

Allah Ta’ala berfirman :

زُيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ حُبُّ الشَّهَوَاتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ وَالْقَنَاطِيرِ الْمُقَنطَرَةِ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالْخَيْلِ الْمُسَوَّمَةِ وَاْلأَنْعَامِ وَالْحَرْثِ ذَلِكَ مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَاللهُ عِندَهُ حُسْنُ الْمَئَابِ

“Dijadikan indah dalam pandangan manusia kecintaan pada apa-apa yang dia ingini, yaitu wanita-wanita, anak-anak, harta yang banyak dari jenis emas, perak, kuda pilihan, binatang ternak dan sawah ladang. Itulah kesenangan hidup didunia. Dan disisi Allah lah tempat kembali yang baik.” (QS. Ali Imran : 14)

Inilah tabiat dan fithrah kita sebagai anak Adam. Anak cinta orang tua, orang tua cinta anak, kita cinta pada uang, kaum hawa cinta pada perhiasan de el el. Begitu pula cinta pada lawan jenis, semua diantara kita yang laki-laki mencintai wanita dan yang wanita cinta laki-laki, barang siapa yang tidak memilikinya maka dipertanyakan kejantanan dan kefemininannya. Setuju nggak ???

BILA SI CINTA DENGAN GAUN MERAH JAMBU ITU HADIR!!

Saya tidak tahu persis sejak kapan warna merah jambu dan daun waru dinobatkan sebagai lambang cinta, apapun jawabannya, itu tidak terlalu penting bagi kita. Namun yang sangat penting adalah bahwasannya bila masa kanak-kanak itu telah beranjak pergi meninggalkan kehidupan kita, lalu kitapun menyandang predikat baru sebagai remaja untuk menyongsong kehidupan manusia dewasa yang mandiri.

Ada sesuatu yang terasa hadir mengisi indahnya hidup ini.

Itulah cinta.

Yang jelas cinta ini bukan lagi cinta pada mainan atau jajan bungkusan anak-anak, namun cinta pada sesuatu yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Saat itu tersenyumlah seraya berucap : “Selamat datang cinta.”

KASIHAN SI CINTA: SERING DIJADIKAN KAMBING HITAM!

Cinta adalah sesuatu yang agung, Dengan cinta seorang yang pengecut menjadi pemberani, orang yang bakhil menjadi dermawan, yang bodoh menjadi pintar, menjadikan orang pandai merangkai kata dan tulisan. Begitulah kira-kira yang diungkapkan para dokter cinta.

Oleh karena jangan salahkan cinta, kasihan dia. Bukankah karena cinta seseorang bisa masuk surga.

Suatu hari ada seseorang bertanya kepada Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam tentang kapan terjadi hari kiamat, namun beliau malah balik bertanya : “Apa yang telah engkau persiapkan untuk menghadapinya ?” Dia menjawab : .”Cinta Allah dan Rasul Nya.” maka beliaupun menjawab : “Engkau bersama orang yang engkau cintai.” Maka Anas bin Malik radliyallahu’anhu perowi hadits ini pun berseru gembira : “Demi Allah, Saya mencintai Rasulullah, Mencintai Abu Bakr dan Umar, maka saya berharap untuk bisa bersama mereka disurga,”. (Bukhari Muslim)

Cinta itu akan menjadi sangat agung kalau diletakkan pada tempatnya, namun bisa menjadi bencana kalau disalah gunakan. Oleh karena itu berhati-hatilah.

CINTA KEPADA ALLAH: RABB SEMESTA ALAM

Cukuplah bagi kita merenungi ayat berikut :

إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَإِذَا تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَ ايَاتُهُ زَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ

“Sesunguhnya orang-orang yang beriman yaitu adalah orang-orang yang ketika disebut nama Allah maka bergetarlah hatinya, dan apabila dibacakan ayat-ayatnya maka bertambahlah iman mereka karenanya. Dan kepada Rabbnya mereka bertawakkal. (Al Anfal : 2)

Bertanyalah pada diri kita masing-masing, hatimu bergetar saat disebut nama-Nya ataukah nama nya ??? “Mintalah fatwa pada dirimu sendiri” begitulah kata Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam.

Bukankah cinta ini yang menjadikan Handlalah radliyallahu’anhu meninggalkan malam pertamanya untuk pergi perang lalu meninggal dalam keadaan masih junub ? Bukankah cinta ini yang menjadikan Bilal bin Rabah radliyallahu’anhu mampu menahan derita yang tak terkira ? begitu pulalah Ammar bin Yasir, Khalid bin Walid dan lainnya radliyallahu’anhum.

CINTA KEPADA RASULULLAH SHALLALLAHU’ALAIHI WA SALLAM

Lelaki agung itu, yang meskipun beliau sudah meninggal 14 abad yang lalu , namun masih kita rasakan cinta dan kasihnya. Lihatlah gambaran Al Qur’an ini :

لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَاعَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

“Sungguh telah datang pada kalian, seorang rasul dari kalangan kalian sendiri, berat terasa olehnya penderitaan kalian, sangat menginginkan keselamatan bagi kalian, amat belas kasihan, lagi penyayang terhadap orang-orang mukmin.” (At Taubah : 128)

Oleh karena itu tidak mengherankan kalau beliau bersabda :

“Tidak sempurna keimanan salah seorang diantara kalian sehingga saya lebih dia cintai dari pada cintanya pada orang tuanya, anak-anaknya dan semua manusia.”(Bukhari Muslim)

Cinta pada sunnahnya, itulah bentuk cinta pada beliau. Sangat ironis sekali ummat islam sekarang yang mana setiap kali disebut sunnah beliau, maka mereka dengan langsung memprotes : “Kan Cuma sunnah ???” lalu kalau tidak sunnah beliau mau sunnah siapa ???

Firman Allah ta’ala:

لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ

“Sungguh ada bagi kalian pada diri Rasulullah suri tauladan yang baik.” (QS. Al-Ahzab: 21)

CINTA KARENA ALLAH

”Akhi, Ukhti, saya mencintaimu karena Allah.” Begitulah Rasulullah mengajarkan ummatnya untuk cinta ada orang lain karena Allah, dalam artian kalau orang itu semakin membuat kita dekat pada Nya maka cintailah dia, dan begitu pula sebaliknya kalau ada orang yang semakin menjauhkan kita dari Nya, maka jauhilah dia. Bukankah orang yang melakukannya akan merasakan manisnya iman dan akan mendapatkan mimbar cahaya yang diingingkan oleh para Nabi dan Syuhada’ ???

Mencintai tokoh idola Anda, juga lakukan atas dasar cinta pada Allah dan Rasulnya.

ITULAH AGUNGNYA CINTA: JANGAN DIPERKOSA!

“Pemerkosaan arti cinta” -maaf kalau kalimat ini kedengaran kasar- namun itulah kenyataannya. Betapa banyak wanita yang menyerahkan mahkota hidupnya kepada orang yang belum berhak lalu dia berucap ini sebagai tanda cintaku padanya, sebaliknya betapa banyak kaum laki-laki yang harus melakukan kemaksiatan atas nama cinta.

Subhanallah !!! akankah cinta kita pada Allah Dzat yang Maha Agung dikalahkan oleh cinta pada seseorang yang berasal dari air mani yang kotor, saat hidupnya selalu membawa kotoran, dan saat meninggal pun akan berubah menjadi sesuatu yang sangat menjijikkan ???

Malulah pada Nabiyullah Yusuf Alaihis Salam, yang mampu mempertahankan kehormatannya dihadapan seorang wanita cantik, kaya raya, bangsawan lagi.

Jangan engkau berkata : “Diakan seorang Nabi ?.” karena kisah serupa pun dialami oleh Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr, Muhammad al Miski dan lainnya

TIDAK!!! ISLAM TIDAK MENGHARAMKAN CINTA, ISLAM HANYA MENGATURNYA!

Islam sebagai agama paripurna, tidak membiarkan satupun masalah tanpa aturan. Lha wong cara berpakaian, mandi, buang air dan hal-hal kecil lainnya ada aturanya, maka bagaimana mungkin urusan cinta yang menjadi keharusan hidup manusia normal akan tanpa aturan.

Itu mustahil.

Benarlah Salman Al Farisi radliyallahu’anhu tatkala ditanya : “Apakah nabimu sudah mengajarkan segala sesuatu sampai masalah adab buang air besar ?”, maka beliau menjawab : Ya, Rasulullah sudah mengajarkannya, beliau melarang kami untuk menghadap dan membelakangi kiblat dan memerintahkan kami untuk beristinjak dengan tiga batu dan melarang kami untuk beristinjak dengan kotoran dan tulang.”

Allah Berfirman :

الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا

“Pada Hari ini telah kusempurnakan agama kalian, dan telah Ku sempurnakan nikmatku kepadamu dan Aku rela islam sebagai agamamu.” (Al Maidah : 3)

Oleh karena itu kalau mau bercinta alias pacaran, saya tawarkan sebuah ‘pacaran islami’ biar berpahala.

Setuju nggak ???

Ada beberapa aturan yang harus dipenuhi kalau mau berpacaran yang ‘islami’ yaitu :

1.Menutup aurat

Firman Allah Ta’ala :

يَآأَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلاَبِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلاَ يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

“Hai Nabi, Katakanlah kepada istri-istrimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan istri-istri orang mu’min “Hendaknya mereka menjulurkan pakaiannya keseluruh tubuh mereka” yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenali, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu.” (QS. Al Ahzab : 59)

Bahkan saking pentingnya masalah ini, Rasulullah juga mengaturnya walaupun antar jenis.

Dari Abu Said Al Khudri radliyallahua’anhu berkata : “Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam bersabda :

“Janganlah seorang laki-laki itu melihat aurat laki-laki dan jangan seorang wania melihat aurat wanita.” (H.R. Muslim)

2. Menundukkan pandangan.

Firman Allah Ta’ala :

قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَلِكَ أَزْكَى لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَايَصْنَعُونَ {} وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ

“Katakanlah kepada orang-orang mu’min laki-laki agar mereka menundukkan sebagian pandangan mereka serta menjaga kemaluan mereka. Dan katakan kepada para wanita mu’minah, agar mereka menundukkan sebagian pandangan mereka dan menjaga farji mereka.” (QS. An Nur : 30,31)

Dari Jarir bin Abdillah berkata : “Saya bertanya pada Rasulullah tentang pandangan yang mendadak tak sengaja, maka beliau memerintahkanku untuk memalingkan pandangan itu.” (Riwayat Muslim)

3. Tidak bersolek ala jahiliyah

Firman Allah Ta’ala :

وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى

“Dan menetaplah kalian dalam rumah-rumah kalian, dan janganlah bersolek seperti bersoleknya orang-orang jahiliyah yang dahulu.” (QS. Al Ahzab : 33)

Dari Abu Hurairah radliyallahu’anhu berkata : “Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam bersabda : “Ada dua golongan manusia ahli neraka yang saya belum pernah melihatnya, yang pertama : orang-orang yang memegang cambuk untuk memukul orang lain, yang kedua : Para wanita yang berpakaian tapi telanjang, mereka berlenggak lenggok, kepala mereka seperti punuk unta. Mereka tidak akan pernah masuk surga dan tidak akan mendapatkan bau surga, padahal bau surga itu dapat tercium dari jarak sekian dan sekian.” (HR. Muslim).

Alangkah meruginya orang yang semacam ini !!!

4.Ada pembatas antara laki-laki dan wanita

Firman Allah Ta’ala :

وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ

Dan apabila kalian meminta sesuatu pada mereka (para istri Rasulullah ) maka mintalah dari balik hijab. Karena yang demikan itu lebih suci bagi hati kalian serta bagi hati mereka.” (QS.Al Ahzab : 53)

5.Jangan berdua-duaan, karena yang ketiganya adalah setan

Begitulah kira-kira bunyi hadits Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam riwayat imam Ahmad dan Tirmidzi dari Abu Huroiroh dengan sanad hasan,

6.Jangan lembutkan ucapan

Firman Allah Ta’ala :

فَلاَ تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفًا

“Janganlah kalian (Para wanita) melembutkan ucapan, sehingga akan rakus orang-orang yang punya penyakit hati, namun ucapkanlah yang baik.” (QS. Al Ahzab : 32)

7.Kulitmu masih haram bagiku.

Dari Ma’qil bin Yasar berkata : Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam bersabda :

“Seandainya ditusuk pada kepala salah seorang kalian dengan jarum besi panas, maka itu lebih baik dari pada menyentuh wanita yang tidak halal baginya.” (HR. Thobroni, Lihat As Shohihah : 226)

Saudaraku, kalau anda mampu memenuhi syarat ini, teruskan pacaran anda.

Namun kalau tidak, maka pilihlah engkau lebih mencintai dia ataukah Allah yang telah menciptakanmu, memberimu rizqi, melimpahkan kasih sayangNya padamu dan memberimu hidayah menjadi orang islam ???

Segera tinggalkan transaksi harammu itu, sebelum kemurkaan Allah benar-benar datang. Atau saya punya usul , bagaimana kalau engkau cepat-cepat menikah, itupun kalau engkau sudah siap.  Bagaimana ???

STOP!! INI BUKAN AREA ANDA! JANGAN BERZINA!!

Jangan ada yang berfikir bahwasanya yang terlarang dalam islam hanyalah zina dalam pengertian masuknya timba dalam sumur sebagaimana bahasa hadits Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam. Namun yang terlarang adalah semua hal yang mendekati pada perzinaan tersebut. Perhatikanlah firman Allah ta’ala :

وَلاَتَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَى

“Janganlah kalian mendekati zina” (QS. Al-Isra’: 32)

Juga Sabda Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam :

“Sesungguhnya Allah telah menetapkan pada setiap anak adam bagianya dari zina yang pasti akan menemuinya, zinanya mata adalah memandang, zinanya lisan adalah berucap, jiwa dengan berharap dan berkhayal, yang semua itu dibenarkan atau didustakan oleh kemaluan.” (Bukhari Muslim)

HAMIL DULU BARU NIKAH ATAU NIKAH DULU BARU HAMIL?

Hamil setelah pernikahan yang sah adalah sebuah kebanggaan dan keagungan, semua orang yang memasuki biduk pernikahan pasti menginginkan kehamilan istrinya. Banyak klinik yang mengaku bisa mengobati kemandulan adalah salah satu buktinya.

Di sisi lain, wanita yang hamil tanpa tahu harus kemana dia harus memanggil “Suamiku” akan sangat gelisah.

Masyarakat yang terkadang dhalim akan bisa dengan segera memaafkan laki-laki yang berbuat kurang ajar itu, namun tidak terhadap wanita. Dia akan menanggung aib itu sepanjang zaman dan akan terkenallah ia sebagai wanita yang tidak bisa menjaga kehormatannya. Begitulah yang dikatakan oleh Syaikh Ali Ath Thanthawi.

Kalau dia menikah kelak, bukankah suaminya akan dengan mudah mengatakan : “Sudah berapa laki-laki yang tidur denganmu sebelum menikah denganku" ?

Anak yang terlahir, dia akan terlahir sebagai anak yang tidak di harapkan kehadirannya, Tidak ada sentuhan kasih dan sayang.

Dari sisi Fiqh, Imam Ahmad bin Hambal rahimahullah dan lainnya mengatakan bahwa wanita hamil dari hasil perzinaan tidak boleh dinikahi selama hamil, dan kalau sudah terlanjur dinikahi maka harus diadakan pernikahan ulang.

PERINGATAN PENTING BAGI YANG MASIH PUNYA HATI

Anda kepingin mendapatkan seorang pasangan hidup yang baik, setia, sholih dan shalihah ??? perhatikanlah resep Ilahi ini :

الْخَبِيثَاتُ لِلْخَبِيثِينَ وَالْخَبِيثُونَ لِلْخَبِيثَاتِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلطَّيِّبِينَ وَالطَّيِّبُونَ لِلطَّيِّبَاتِ

Bandingkan dengan yang malam pertamanya adalah benar-benar malam pertama. Dan bulan madunya benar benar semanis madu. Ah !!! saya tidak mau terlalu jauh mengenang masa-masa indah itu ….. kasihan yang belum nikah, he… he …

JANGAN ANGGAP INI KERAS!

Mungkin ada diantara kalian yang berkata : “ustadznya terlalu keras.”

Wahai saudaraku seiman !!! cobalah renungkan kembali ayat-ayat dan hadits diatas dengan pikiran jernih, kepala dingin dan penuh rasionalitas, lalu ambilah kesimpulan, manakah yang keras ??? bukankah itu semua tuntutan syariat agama yang kita anut bersama ?

Atau jangan-jangan Engkau sedang kena penyakit mag sehingga nasi yang lembek pun terasa keras, itulah kemungkinan yang paling dekat. Hatimu sedang berpenyakit, sehingga engkau merasa sakit dan keras dengan sesuatu yang sebenarnya lembek. Bukankah Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam bersabda :

“Saya diutus untuk membawa syariat yang lurus dan mudah.” (Bukhari Muslim)

PENUTUP

Di penghujung tulisan ini, saya teringat bahwa beberapa hari lagi kita memasuki bulan Ramadlan. Belajar dari orang yang berpuasa yang dia menahan lapar dahaga sehari penuh, namun saat berbuka, akan terasa sangat nikmat air putih meskipun tanpa gula.

Inilah puasa panjang syahwat kita, yang akan engkau rasakan nikmatnya tatkala engkau berbuka dimaghligai pernikahan.

Kalau masih kebelet juga, perbanyaklah puasa karena sesunguhnya puasa adalah benteng yang kokoh.

Ya Allah, tunjukkanlah kepada kami sebuah kebenaran itu sebagai sesuatu yang benar dan berilah kami kekuatan untuk menjalankannya. Dan tunjukkanlah kepada kami sebuah kesalahan itu sebagai sesuatu yang salah dan berilah kami kekuatan untuk meninggalkannya.
